Refund Policy
If there is a manufacturing fault or defect with any of our DVD products, simply return it to is within 30 days of the shipment date for a replacement. The item should be returned to the address listed at the bottom of this page. The original packaging and shipping slips must accompany all returns. You may want to insure or register your return in case the package is lost or misdirected during transit.
VideoTraining subscription fees are non-refundable on monthly memberships. If you are not happy with our products or service for any reason, we would appreciate the opportunity to work with you to resolve whatever the issue is. We would also appreciate honest feedback relating to our products and services. VideoTraining is committed to the highest level of customer service and we strive to keep our customers happy through exceptional products and services.

Again, if you are not happy with our products or services for any reason, we would also appreciate the opportunity to understand your issue or concern so that we may resolve whatever the problem is and to work to ensure that it does not re-occur.
A refund may be available if you make a payment error such as a duplicate payment. Any refunds will be made by credit to the card used for the original purchase or payment. If you make an error, please email CustomerService@VideoTraining.com.au as soon as possible.
